Dukinfield Golf Club
The construction of the new club house was part of a larger development to construct houses onto part of the land owned by the golf club. The original club house was demolished and the course extended to enable the housing scheme to be completed on the land made available.
The practice was involved with a major contractor to complete all aspects of the project with the completed housing development for sale.
The two storey clubhouse has a partial steel frame and loadbearing masonry supporting a concrete first floor and timber roof construction. The first floor balcony provides fine views of the course. The club has a new access onto the adjacent road and extensive parking.
